Recently added to the 2021 Michelin Guide, North Block Restaurant is now open for dinner service daily 5 PM – 9 PM.  Chef Nick Tamburo, who joins us from NYC’s Momofuku, brings a fresh energy to Yountville with his take on refined California cooking featuring locally-grown, ingredients.  Rotating with the seasons, the menu features meat and vegetarian dishes infused with raw and smokey elements, in addition to woodfired, naturally-leavened pizzas.
